Job Summary
Plan, direct, and control dietary department functions and personnel while safely providing nutritionally appropriate food to residents. Ensure quality food service and nutrition care align with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Prioritize supervision of staff and adherence to food safety standards required by state regulations. This role requires prior dietary supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting and a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional, or Dietetic Technician credential. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Prior dietary supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
- Certification in food safety, as required by state regulations

- Trained as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or a Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR)
