Job Summary
Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards. Schedule department working hours, personnel, and work assignments to maintain quality patient care. Develop and participate in on-the-job training programs and conduct monthly in-service sessions for department personnel. Hold routine departmental meetings and provide education to other facility departments regarding dietary services. Maintain current licensure as required by law. Culinary Arts values your background in management and culinary arts to inspire a quality dining experience for residents and patients.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Dietary Manager
- Minimum of two+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility
- Current licensure as required by law
- Reliable transportation
