Job Summary
Support clinical nutrition services and ensure the smooth, safe, and effective daily operation of the food services department under the direction of the Dietitian and reporting to the Director of Dining Services. Carry out assigned clinical tasks, communicate essential clinical information to supervisors, and help maintain the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and departmental performance. This role requires a Certified Dietary Manager with two years of healthcare food service experience, ServSafe Certification, and proven ability to motivate and supervise food service personnel. Located in a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community in Davidson County, North Carolina, the position offers health, vision, dental, 403(b), and life insurance benefits.
