Job Summary
Diagnose and repair side loader equipment, forklifts, and company vehicles while maintaining the Hostler Fleet. Assist in other areas as needed by managers. This role requires a minimum of two years in the mechanical field with preventative maintenance experience and knowledge of air, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, pass a background check, drug test, and physical capabilities test, and provide their own tools (with a $250 bi-yearly allowance). The position offers hourly pay ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 annually, including overtime, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K benefits starting after the probationary period.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year experience in the mechanical field
- preventative maintenance minded
- experience and knowledge working with Air, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Diesel systems and components
- valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a 7 year background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a Physical Capabilities Test
