Job Summary
Provide confident chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures, maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards, and prepare and turnover operatories efficiently. Monitor and organize clinical inventory and supplies, ensure accurate clinical charting and documentation, and contribute to a calm, patient-centered experience in a fast-paced, structured dental team. Ideal candidate has minimum 2 years of Dental Assistant experience, with strong instrument terminology knowledge; ClearDent experience is highly preferred. We value organization, attention to detail, proactive collaboration, and a commitment to high standards of patient care. This role is based in Ontario, Canada (AODA-compliant workplace) at Sherbourne Dental Associates, with standard Monday–Friday hours.
