Job Summary
Provide dialysis treatment under RN guidance with setup of hemodialysis machines, greeting and obtaining patient details, preparing vascular access, initiating and monitoring dialysis, recording vital signs, documenting fluid removal, cannulation and responding to adverse events. Requires knowledge of infection control, PPE use, patient safety, ability to lift and assist patients, and willingness to float to clinics as needed during training. Requires CCHT/CHT certification, ability to work long hours, flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays, and BLS/Color Blindness testing compliance. Training includes on-site and cross-clinic work with potential assignment to multiple facilities; typically 36-40 hours per week during training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Must have valid CCHT/CHT certification
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
