Job Summary
Central Sterile Supply Technician responsible for cleaning, reprocessing, sterilization, and distribution of instruments and instrument sets; assembly of case carts for surgery; maintain records of sterilization and biological tests; collaborate with Surgery and nursing units; comply with hospital-wide infection prevention program; night shift 11pm-7:30am; requires CRCST or CSPDT certification and GED/High School education.
Required Qualifications
- CRCST (Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician) or CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) is required
- HSD/GED is required
- Education Requirements: GED, High School (Required)
- Certification/License Requirements: CBSPD CRCST, CSPDT, IAHCMSMM (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician)
- Experience: Healthcare experience preferred
