Job Summary
Provide personal caregiving services and support in the client's home, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare meals for special diets, perform general housekeeping, and offer compassionate companionship and emotional support. Administer medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, assist with transportation to appointments, and maintain accurate communication regarding client condition changes. Requires a current HCA or CNA license, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually)
- Ability to meet BCCU background check requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
