Job Summary
Certified Caregiver position at Watermark Retirement Communities (PRN/Full-time and Part-time options) within Memory Care and Assisted Living settings. Responsibilities include providing compassionate caregiver support to residents, building meaningful relationships, assisting with memory care and assisted living needs, performing paperwork diligently, and contributing to a positive resident experience. Requires certification as a caregiver and some experience in assisted living/memory care/home care; weekend availability; opportunities for training, onboarding, benefits, and ongoing education. Locations: Tucson, AZ; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Caregiver
- 1 years’ experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting is ideal
- Able to work weekends
- Diligent in paper work
- Excellent work ethic
- Great assessment skills
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
