Certified Caregiver - Part-Time

Conduct regular safety checks on residents and assist them in daily living activities while maintaining dignity and respect. Read and follow care plans to manage oxygen tanks and concentrators per medical orders, transporting residents to meals, activities, or other destinations using proper safety and lifting techniques. Chart and document information including incident reports, responding promptly to resident alerts and emergency requests via radios. Clean laundry and complete other assigned community duties while complying with Clearwater Living standards and regulations. Maintain a professional image with proper uniform and grooming to represent core values. Active Caregiver Certification in Arizona required; part-time schedule available.
