Job Summary
Provide personal care and companion services to adults at home following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation. Support household tasks like light housekeeping and laundry, while helping patients with range of motion exercises and ambulation. Remind clients of medication schedules and use mechanical lifting devices for safe transfers. Travel to client locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and surrounding areas as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of verifiable caregiving experience OR active CNA/LNA certification
