Job Summary
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care while helping them with mobility, transfers, toileting, and meals. Provide companionship and emotional support, monitor and report changes in client condition, and maintain accurate visit documentation. Follow client care plans and safety protocols, respecting every client's privacy, dignity, and independence. This position focuses on non-medical home care services under Registered Nurse supervision. HHA certification is preferred, with CNA certification accepted where applicable.
