Conduct regular safety checks on residents and assist them in daily living activities while maintaining dignity and respect. Read and follow care plans to manage oxygen tanks and concentrators per medical orders. Transport residents to meals, activities, or other locations using proper safety and lifting techniques. Chart and document information, including incident reports, and communicate resident condition changes to supervisors immediately. Respond promptly to resident alerts and emergency requests. Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to ensure safe operations. Maintain a professional image with proper uniform and grooming.
