Job Summary
Provide 1:1 in-home care for seniors in the Edmonds, Woodway, and surrounding areas, assisting clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs. Develop strong relationships with clients through companionship and supervision while performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment. Transport clients to appointments and shopping runs as required. This role offers full-time, part-time, and varied day/evening schedules with pay ranging from $22 to $25 per hour. Candidates must hold a CNA or HCA license, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and pass background checks and medical clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License
- Two References Required
- Must Be at Least 18 Years Old
- Must Pass Background Check and Medical Clearance Prior to Hire
- Work Authorization Required
- Ability to Communicate Effectively and Build Rapport with Clients
- Physical Stamina and Strength to Perform the Duties of the Role
- Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
- Maintains Current State Driver's License and a Dependable Insured Automobile
- Must Have Effective Oral and Written English Communication Skills to Work with Clients/Families
