Job Summary
The Certified Caregiver is responsible for providing physical and psychosocial care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a professional demeanor. The role includes collaborating with team members, reporting changes in residents' conditions, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates must be certified in Arizona and possess CPR, First Aid certifications, a Fingerprint Clearance Card, and a Food Handler's Card. The position requires good physical health, the ability to lift 40 pounds, and successful completion of a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Caregiver in the State of Arizona
- Must provide Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Food Handler's Card
- Satisfactory completion of the company Resident Assistant skills competency checklist
- Be in good physical health and free of communicable diseases
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor
