Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation while performing light lifts and housekeeping. Accompany seniors on outings, handle shopping and errands, and support ambulation and transportation. Provide medication reminders, companionship, and documentation/Charting per the care plan. Cover daytime shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours with flexible scheduling. Requires Certified Care Aide Certificate, 2+ years in home care, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Care Aide Certificate (HCA Registration)
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Ability to travel around location territory / With reliable mode of transportation
- Access to internet/mobile phone
- 18 years or older
- Fingerprint/Live Scan Clearance
- 2+ years in home care or facility setting
- Highly reliable and dependable with shift attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (strongly preferred)
- Bilingual: Spanish speaking or other languages highly desired
