Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community environments. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability while facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals. Track client progress and program data, and provide adequate feedback regarding progress to a supervisor. Adhere to company policy and safeguard all patient-related information. Requires a certified behavior technician certificate, Bachelor's degree preferred, and two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Schedule includes Monday 4-6, Wednesday 3-6, and Thursday 4-6.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
- Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
