Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes or community environments. Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with a developmental disability, facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Track client progress and program data while providing adequate feedback regarding progress to the supervisor. Adhere to company policy, confidentiality, and all patient-related information safeguards. Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:45 PM. Part-time medical benefits available for those who qualify.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
- Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
