Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community environments. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and targeted treatment goals. Track client progress and program data while providing adequate feedback to a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst supervisor. Adhere to company policies, safeguard patient information, and maintain confidentiality. Requires a certified behavior technician certificate, Bachelor's degree preferred, and two years of experience working with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:30p to 6:30p. Required Qualifications
- Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
- Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
