Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community environments. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities while facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and targeted treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Track client progress and program data, providing adequate feedback regarding progress to the supervisor. Adhere to company policy and safeguard all patient-related information. This consistent evening schedule is ideal for candidates seeking supplemental income, additional hours, or a role that complements school, family responsibilities, or another position.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
- Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
