Job Summary
Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in home and school settings. Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs as written, while collecting accurate session data and completing documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session. Maintain professional communication with families, school staff, and your supervising BCBA to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every client. Follow all company policies and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. This role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing support from experienced BCBAs within a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to helping children build meaningful skills and gain independence.
Required Qualifications
- An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to working with children and families
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience working with children
- Previous ABA therapy experience
