Job Summary

Deliver behavior intervention and skill development curricula to individuals and families with developmental, intellectual, emotional, and behavioral challenges in individual or small group settings under Qualified Healthcare Professional supervision. Collect data on programs and skills, provide oral and written updates on patient progress, and assist in discharge planning activities. Collaborate with program leadership on quality improvement, program development, and special projects while providing assistance with training other team members and conducting behavioral assessments. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social sciences, psychology, or related field, minimum one year of Certified Behavior Tech experience, and two years of direct treatment services to children and families. Compensation ranges from $29.16 to $48.11 per hour for full-time employment at Seattle Children's in Seattle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, special education, psychology, communication disorders, or related field
  • Minimum one year of experience working as a Certified Behavior Tech (CBT) or Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) in an applied behavior analytic program
  • Minimum two years of experience providing direct treatment services to children and families/caregivers
  • WA State Certified Behavior Technician Credential (CBT)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and/or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA)
  • Registration as a Nursing Assistant in Washington State
  • Safety Care Cert
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Ukeru Training
