Job Summary
Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential issues. Communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors. Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards. Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used. Participate in training programs and stay updated on new technologies and repair procedures. Assist in maintaining shop equipment and tools in good working condition.
Required Qualifications
- Michigan State Certification
- Honda Certification is a plus
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
