Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair orders with efficiency while diagnosing and fixing vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, and braking. Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs and explain mechanical diagnoses in non-technical terms to service advisors and customers. Inspect new vehicles, record findings, and continuously learn new technical information through formal training to stay abreast of rapidly changing technology. Maintain a high level of customer service while submitting to background, DMV, and drug screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
