Job Summary
Perform diesel diagnostics and repairs to Ford factory standards using manufacturer inspection checklists and technical manuals. Adjust safety devices and fasteners per specifications, then test-drive vehicles to verify quality and safety before returning them to customers. Tag and submit warranty parts, record labor operations and torque specifications on repair orders, and monitor technical service bulletins. Maintain a clean workspace and attend assigned manufacturer training sessions. Requires Ford certification, minimum three years of fleet or dealership diesel experience, and own tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Compensation starts at $33.80/hour with health insurance, 401K, and flexible scheduling.
