Job Summary
Create energetic, high-intensity workouts that guide Parkinson's boxers through rigorous group exercise sessions tailored to their ability levels. Deliver corrective exercise techniques while maintaining excellent physical condition to lead classes Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. You will teach classes with an outgoing, energetic presence, ensuring attendees are well-organized and attentive to detail throughout the session. This role supports Rock Steady Boxing's mission to empower individuals fighting Parkinson's disease by making a tangible difference in their lives through structured, rigorous training.
