Job Summary
Perform ergonomic assessments, develop preventative exercise programs, and deliver return-to-work plans for injured employees. Conduct movement assessments, provide early symptom intervention care, and engage new hires in education and wellness coaching. Audit employee practices to reduce workplace injuries and enhance overall well-being. Schedule varies as needed for onsite industrial contracts in central PA. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 hourly based on experience. Free continuing education and a professional support network are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training
- National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of Certification
- Applicable state license where required
- Minimum one year experience as an Athletic Trainer
- CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions

- Master's Degree in Athletic Training
- Industrial Health experience
