Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions while performing assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress, adjust interventions using motivational interviewing and relapse prevention strategies, and coordinate care with medical, mental health, and social service providers. Engage with clients in crisis or high-risk situations and maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards. Possibly supervise or mentor junior staff or peer support. This role supports a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive, person-centered services to adults and families impacted by homelessness, poverty, and addictions in Portland, OR. The position requires CADC certification and offers a salary of $55,000–$75,000 annually with up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a CADC I, II, or III
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications
