Job Summary
Document activity programs by maintaining detailed records of resident participation and identifying progress toward care plan goals. Conduct resident activity histories and assessments in compliance with state and federal standards. Coordinate communication by publishing a monthly calendar of events and distributing facility newsletters. Build volunteer engagement by developing and maintaining an active program to support activities. Execute activity programs that meet social, emotional, physical, and therapeutic needs within a specified budget. Requires a high school graduate with Activity Director certification and experience creating resident care plans. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
