Job Summary
Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and established policies. Lead a resident and family-focused team while building facility culture through team-oriented initiatives. Prioritize direct care for residents and foster a safe, heard, and understood environment. Must hold Activity Director Certification for LTC/SNF. Previous nursing home and supervisory experience preferred. New grads and walk-ins are welcome daily. Competitive compensation with daily pay, 401k match, family health insurance, and PTO.
