Job Summary
Supervise and assist students in self-paced digital certification programs using Certiport and TestOut; manage the lab environment, ensure students stay on task, troubleshoot software, and communicate student progress. Enter grades based on platform results, support instructional staff and administrators to help students meet graduation requirements, maintain accurate certification records, enforce classroom policies, maintain lab cleanliness, and participate in required trainings. Strong computer literacy, interpersonal and communication skills, classroom management ability, and ability to work independently are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Information Technology, Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field.
