Job Summary
Certificate Support Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat; triage customer issues related to products, services, and account management; provide clear and accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures; document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions; independently manage and resolve customer support cases and escalate complex issues when required; collaborate with Technical Support, Validation, Sales, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction; maintain SLAs; contribute to continuous improvement; familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools; basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office; familiarity with cybersecurity/SSL/TLS is a plus; in-office role in Chennai (DLF IT Park, Manapakkam) with 24/7 shift notes; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; fresher or 1 year experience in customer support or call center environments; strong communication skills; ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment; Equal Opportunity Employer; AI in hiring process disclosed; 5-day work week at Chennai office.
Required Qualifications
