Prepare reports on product and process behavior to address safety and quality requirements. Conduct product application analyses and tests with the client to resolve on-line issues. Analyze potential quality problems in product and process per internal client procedures to maintain production flow. Verify product performance supplied by PPG, continuously monitoring process changes (temperatures, viscosities, flows) to meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Generate reports on product and process performance and follow up with corrective actions. Develop with leadership solutions to production difficulties to sustain client satisfaction.
