Job Summary
Provide quality education and care to children aged 0-5, contributing to planned programs that support individual learning goals. Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community while fostering a safe, healthy environment through outdoor play, natural materials, and embedded wellbeing practices like meditation and yoga. Maintain a zero-tolerance safeguarding culture by adhering to strict child safety protocols, including a valid NSW Working with Children's Check, cleared National Criminal Record Check, and completed National Child Safety Training. Demonstrate cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III Educator
- A cleared valid for paid work, NSW working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- A cleared National Criminal Record Check
- Demonstrated commitment to protecting all children from abuse, harm and neglect
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families
- Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
- Details of a minimum two referees, where one must be a manager or supervisor at your current or most recent workplace
