Job Summary
Provide quality education and care to children aged 0-5, contributing to planned programs that support individual learning goals and building strong relationships with families and the community. Maintain a fun-loving attitude while ensuring every child's safety and health through adherence to safeguarding policies, including a cleared NSW Working with Children's Check and National Criminal Record Check. This role supports a child-safe culture with mandatory National Child Safety Training and requires a commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III Educator
- A cleared valid for paid work, NSW working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- A cleared National Criminal Record Check
- Demonstrated commitment to protecting all children from abuse, harm and neglect
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families
- Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
- Details of a minimum two referees, where one must be a manager or supervisor at your current or most recent workplace
