Job Summary
Greet guests approaching the car wash tunnel and safely guide, load, and unload vehicles per size while removing mud from wheel wells. Perform safety inspections before washes, use the bug prep gun, and make key adjustments to equipment. Execute the nightly close-down checklist, vacuum service process, and facility cleaning including walls, trenches, and lots. Handle tunnel incidents effectively, communicate vehicle information to crew, and assist in opening and closing the car wash. Train new team members on approved modules and engage guests using the four steps of service. Complete daily shift reports and adhere to all safety standards, policies, and mandatory training sessions. Work outdoors in all weather conditions while lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold,hot,wet,rain,snow)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On your feet 100% of the day and outside
- Attend all mandatory training sessions
- Attend all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
