Job Summary
The role involves serving as a Dayforce Implementation Consultant requiring expertise in payroll, WFM, or benefits to assist in a rollout across multiple regions for a period of 6-12 months. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, specifically with Dayforce systems and HCM implementations. Strong project management skills to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously are essential, alongside excellent communication skills to engage with clients and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of Payroll, WFM (time/attendance) or Benefits experience
- Dayforce system experience
- Experience with HCM system implementations/process including the various modules
- A track record of effectively meeting client deliverables during software implementations
- A history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverables
- Proven success communicating with clients and uncovering their needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations
