Job Summary
Cereal Marketing Lead responsible for brand strategy, innovation, and communications for a cereal portfolio. Lead market and consumer analysis to define strategic opportunities, develop an integrated business plan with ongoing performance reviews, and drive a 5-year innovation pipeline. Collaborate with global and local teams to translate the Brand Compass into campaigns and assets that accelerate penetration growth, track post-launch performance, and adjust plans to fuel future growth. Requires solid marketing leadership (8+ years in FMCG/MNC), a Bachelor’s in marketing, strong knowledge of the Chinese market or rapid learning ability, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Based in Shanghai with Mars in a globally distributed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, ideally in MNC FMCG companies
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing
- Knowledge of the Chinese market (media, trade, consumer, etc.) or very strong evidence of high learning agility
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
