Ceramic Project Manager

Oversee the entire project lifecycle for industrial flooring projects, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment across all phases. Serve as the liaison between clients, company, and crew while running daily job operations and assisting the sales team with modifications. Communicate with mills and distributors to track materials, confirm equipment on-site, and manage thirty separate shipments as needed. Enforce strict adherence to specifications and regulations, monitor installations for quality standards, and approve installation bills for accuracy. Track schedules and associated costs to ensure timely, cost-effective completion, then report progress and plan modifications to Sales and Corporate Management. Coordinate change orders in writing, manage freight arrangements, and handle punch lists and repair calls. Maintain required documentation in job folders and prepare folders for invoicing.
