Responsibilities include applying CORE methods to design and manufacturing processes for ceramic matrix composites, delivering measurable Safety/Quality/Delivery/Cost results, guiding site personnel in Kaizens and engagements, developing and implementing new products and standards, supporting QMS procedure creation, analyzing test results to identify process optimums, and becoming a CORE/Analytics expert to drive improvement across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Physics/Mathematics
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
- US Citizenship required
