Job Summary
Lead strategic and operational leadership of the corporate group, driving sustainable growth and innovation strategies across sales, strategy, organization development, communication, sustainability, and R&D. Manage close collaboration with the CFO, COO, shareholders, and advisory board while identifying new markets and applications. Represent the company to customers, partners, and key market stakeholders to foster a modern, performance-oriented culture. This CEO role involves overseeing international organizational scalability and efficiency within a technologically driven specialty chemicals and technical wood materials industry. The position requires navigating predominantly English-language business environments and supporting long-term transformation processes and M&A initiatives.
Required Qualifications
