Job Summary
Provide inspirational leadership and develop a healthy corporate culture for SpinCo, a newly spun-out public issuer focused on the Ball Creek copper-gold porphyry project. Represent the company to shareholders, investors, bankers, and the Tahltan Nation while working with the Board to execute strategic vision. Lead marketing and financing efforts and direct technical initiatives to advance exploration programs. This role requires a Qualified Person (P.Geo. or P. Eng.) with 10+ years in geological exploration and senior management experience in junior mining capital markets. Flexible location available.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10+ years of experience in generating and leading geological exploration programs
- Experience in a senior management position
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust
- Qualified person as defined under the terms of National Instrument 43-101
- Ability to make decisions, work under pressure, plan workload effectively, and to delegate
Desired Qualifications
- A professionally designated P.Geo. or P. Eng.
- Experience with publicly listed junior mining companies and capital markets
