Job Summary
Chief Executive Officer to lead a clinical-stage biotech/pharma company through financing, strategy, and growth. Responsibilities include defining and executing financing and capital-raising strategies (equity financing, partnerships, non-dilutive funding), acting as primary spokesperson to investors and the financial community, aligning funding with clinical development milestones, leading investor due diligence and negotiations, driving long-term strategy and commercialization readiness, and building/leading a high-performing executive team in collaboration with the Board. Requirements include senior executive experience in biotech, medtech, or life sciences, a proven track record of raising significant capital (€20M+), a strong investor network in life sciences, deep understanding of pharmaceutical development and regulatory frameworks.
