Job Summary
Own end-to-end business performance by setting strategy, managing P&L, and delivering annual plans and budgets. Drive operations excellence through capacity optimization, throughput improvements, and cost reduction while raising quality and safety standards. Lead the delivery of a new automated manufacturing facility, overseeing construction, commissioning, automation integration, and ramp to full production by 2026. Grow revenue and diversify the client base to strengthen margins, securing long-term contracts with major oil & gas customers. Maintain relationships with ARAMCO and other EPCs while ensuring all operations meet ARAMCO-related standards and local regulatory requirements. Build the leadership team by recruiting, mentoring, and retaining senior leaders, implementing robust KPIs and governance systems. Lead capital planning and project governance with regular reporting to the parent conglomerate and board.
Required Qualifications
- Proven CEO, Managing Director or General Manager experience in industrial manufacturing
- Hands-on track record in automation projects: design-to-commissioning experience delivering automated lines or facilities and successfully ramping to production
- Strong financial and commercial acumen: P&L ownership, cost control, margin improvement and contract negotiation experience
- Operational leadership and continuous improvement background: demonstrated success improving capacity, yield and safety in industrial environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing major oil & gas clients and meeting ARAMCO-related compliance or equivalent standards
- Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related discipline
- Arabic language skills
- Saudi national status
