Job Summary
Set and execute the strategic direction of the business in Nigeria, driving the next phase of growth with a commercially focused roadmap. Own the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and overall business performance, while establishing clear KPIs across commercial, operational, and compliance functions. Manage and strengthen relationships with platform providers, suppliers, and third-party partners, overseeing commercial negotiations, SLAs, and partner performance. Ensure the business operates in full compliance with Nigerian gaming regulations, including AML, KYC, and responsible gaming frameworks. Take ownership of revenue generation, profitability, and market share expansion by overseeing marketing, CRM, acquisition, and retention strategies. Act as the senior face of the business with regulators, partners, investors, and key stakeholders to represent the company at industry events and strategic discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience within iGaming, sports betting, online betting, or regulated digital gaming
- A strong track record of leading commercially focused businesses and delivering measurable results
- Proven experience working with white-label platforms and third-party suppliers
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian iGaming and sports betting market, including its regulatory and operational landscape
