Job Summary
Define the agency's vision and strategic plan to drive growth, then pilot the annual budget to ensure profitability and meet KPIs. Negotiate new contracts to expand revenue streams while representing the agency to clients, partners, and institutions. Manage daily team operations, develop collaborator skills, and foster a strong corporate culture. Leverage entrepreneurial and cross-functional leadership to develop new services and markets. Based in the Swiss Romandy region with a hybrid schedule of one day remote per week.
Required Qualifications
- +5 ans d'expérience en tant que dirigeant·e dans le marketing sportif, les médias ou en agence
- connaissances et compréhension des écosystèmes sportifs et digitaux
