Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer will lead a Community Behavioral Health and Wellness Organization through a transitional change, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires serving as a trusted adviser to the Board of Directors and overseeing projects and initiatives. Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field, have at least 8 years in OMHC clinical practice, and have significant senior administrative experience. Strong leadership, effective communication, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Maryland LCSW-C OR LCPC license
- Experience with Public Mental Health Systems
- Evidence-based practice experience
- Data-Driven
- Growth Focused with a Change Management mindset
- Ability to write reports, clinical and administrative correspondence
- Effective Communication and Strong Computer skills
- Ability to analyze, interpret, understand and present figures and amounts on budgetary functions
- Strong and positive leadership skills
- Past Transitional Change experience
