Job Summary
Execute the facility's growth strategy with direct P&L responsibility, leading expansion for a Phase 2 DeNovo center while driving top-line volume through new physician recruitment and service line development. Champion clinical quality and patient safety by sustaining a zero-harm culture, standardizing care protocols, and partnering with the Medical Executive Committee to implement community-responsive guidelines. Build and mentor high-performing teams of clinical and operational professionals, managing labor efficiencies, supply chain, and revenue cycle optimization. Manage facility operations, including asset safeguarding, life safety compliance, and on-site personnel resolution, while collaborating with regional leaders to execute strategic initiatives and define the center's future direction.
Required Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead through ambiguity and rapid growth
- Balances operational discipline with innovation and business development
- Creates organizational infrastructure capable of supporting future expansion and increasing procedural volume
- Leads change management initiatives that support growth, physician alignment, and operational scalability
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare
- 7+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cardiovascular services, including Cath Lab operations, cardiovascular program development, or cardiovascular clinical leadership
- Clinical backgrounds including BSN, RCIS, RCES, CVT, or equivalent cardiovascular, cath lab, electrophysiology, or interventional cardiology credentials
- Experience in ASC, outpatient, cardiovascular, orthopedic, surgical site, DeNovo, start-up, growth-stage healthcare organizations, and/or multi-site healthcare settings
