CEO Assistant / Office Manager (Fluent Speaker)

Job Summary
Executive-focused role supporting the CEO and management: manage calendars, coordinate meetings, take minutes, prepare reports and presentations, handle confidential documents, liaise with internal teams and external clients, maintain organized filing systems, support ongoing projects, and ensure timely follow-ups. Requires strong English & Arabic communication, exceptional organization, discretion, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel may be required outside Egypt (notably Dubai).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant / Office Manager)
- Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to travel outside Egypt when required (especially Dubai)
