Century Farms ER Nurse

Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room setting in collaboration with medical providers and the care team. Use established nursing models to assess, perform, teach, and manage patient care; advocate for patients and families; educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures. Responsibilities include assessing pain and promoting effective pain management, performing procedures and documenting care in the medical record, responding promptly to patient requests, and translating medical information for patients and families. Requirements include maintaining ER experience, ACLS/BCLS/PALS certifications within specified timeframes, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training, RN licensure, and an Associate Degree.
